Manthan earned his Master of Physiotherapy in Neurological Rehabilitation in 2015 from Srinivas College of Physiotherapy, Mangalore, which is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, India. Following graduation, he contributed to academia by teaching at a physiotherapy college and worked as a clinical therapist at an orthopaedic hospital, specializing in post-surgical rehabilitation. His focus was on helping patients regain mobility, strength, and improve their quality of life following surgical procedures.
