NorthEnd Medical provides our patients with a wide variety of services beginning with pathology all the way through to health screenings and vaccinations. You can see all of the services we offer below.

When booking appoint online ensure you complete all 
sections in the new patient form.

Monday – 7am to 10pm
Tuesday – 7am to 10pm
Wednesday – 7am to 10pm
Thursday – 7am to 10pm
Friday – 7am to 6pm
Saturday – 9am to 5pm
Sunday – 9am to 3pm

Walk-ins are accepted dependant on availability of doctors. Demands on the
Doctors time within each consultation and the need to see urgent cases as they
occur may cause delays. As we do try to accommodate for walk-ins please be
advised there may be a long wait. Please refer to the daily info tab on our website
for current walk-in availability.

No. Please call the clinic on 9408 8800 for further advice.

Yes, we do have a practitioner registered with Casa to perform aviation
medicals.
To organise an appointment for an Aviation Medical please call 9408 8800 ask
to speak with Regina (nurse) who co-ordinates these appointments. If she is not
available, the staff will leave a message for her to return your call.

We do have a general practitioner and a general physician who both administer
iron infusions. Referral may be required.

No but a receipt will be supplied so that you can claim rebate from your insurance.

Yes. North End Medical is a Fully Bulk Billing medical centre.
All Medicare-eligible GP services are bulk billed, meaning
there are no out-of-pocket costs for patients with a valid
Medicare card.

Eligible GP services include:

  • GP consultations
  • Chronic condition management plans and reviews
  • Mental health treatment plans
  • Health assessments

Billing and Fees

Fees may apply for services not covered by Medicare,
including procedures such as skin excisions, diagnostic services
(e.g. ECG or pathology), allied health or non-GP services, non-MBS services,
and consultations for patients without a Medicare number.

As we have moved to mixed billing it was decided it was safer to not
keep CASH on the premises.  We will no longer be accepting any cash 
payments. 

Yes, a cancellation fee of $30 will apply if you fail to turn up to your
appointment or fail to cancel your appointment within 2 hours of
appointment booking time. 

 You will be required to pay a private fee. 

Our practice is equipped with TYRO and Medicare Online. These
facilities allow the practice to directly lodge your receipt for Medicare refunds.

Your Medicare rebate will be processed during payment and should be
back in your nominated account within 24 hours.

You can update your bank details through myGov.

Unfortunately, no.  Fees must be paid on the day of your consultation 
with the doctor.

Yes, we have ample parking spaces available.

If you are transferring from another medical centre to us:

  • We will ask you to sign a request form and it will be emailed to your 
    previous medical centre. 
  • A fee may apply – ask your current medical practice

If you are transferring from us to another medical centre:  

  • Your nominated medical centre should send us a signed medical records transfer request (signed by the patient) for release of information.
  • There will be a fee of $25 for transfer of medical records.
  • Every second Saturday.  
  • Bookings must be made by calling NutriBlooms on the phone number that is on your referral.
