Medicare Bulk Billing Practice| NorthEnd Medical

NorthEnd Medical is a Medicare bulk billing practice providing accessible, high-quality GP care to our community.

All Medicare-eligible GP consultations are fully bulk billed for patients with a valid Medicare card. Please present your Medicare card at the time of your appointment.

Patients who are not eligible for Medicare will be required to pay the full consultation fee on the day. Fees may also apply for services not covered by Medicare.

Payment Information

Payment is required at the time of consultation for all private and non-Medicare services. We accept credit card and EFTPOS only.
Cash payments are not accepted, and accounts cannot be issued.

Telehealth Consultations

Medicare-eligible Telehealth GP consultations are fully bulk billed.

Telehealth consultations that are not Medicare-eligible, or consultations for patients without a Medicare card, will incur a private fee payable on the day.

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Fee Policy

A cancellation or no-show fee may apply if you do not attend your appointment or cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled time.

Private Fees for Non-Medicare Services

Certain services are not covered by Medicare and will incur a private fee, for some services fee will be payable in full at the time of your appointment/ request.

The fees listed below are guidelines only and may vary depending on the time and complexity involved. Before proceeding, should you have any questions ask the admin department.  You will be requested to fill a financial consent form prior to proceeding.

Change of Mind Policy

Fees apply once the doctor has commenced reviewing or completing the form. If you choose not to proceed after work has started, you remain responsible for payment. Deposits (If any) are non-refundable once work has commenced. Documents/ services will only be released after full payment.
