Our clinic has upgraded and relocated to a new home at 75 Childs Road, Lalor – conveniently located just opposite Northend Medical.

As part of this move, we’ve also introduced the advanced InBody Body Composition Analyser, providing our clients with the latest in precision health assessment to support their nutrition and lifestyle goals.

We are also thrilled to welcome Simon Salerno, an Accredited Practising Dietitian with extensive experience in nutrition and wellbeing.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Human Nutrition and a Master of Dietetics from Victoria University. He brings a unique, holistic, and compassionate approach to patient care.

Simon’s expertise includes:

  • Weight management & sustainable lifestyle change

  • Chronic disease management

  • Sports performance & exercise nutrition (Registered Exercise Professional)

  • Gastrointestinal health (including the low FODMAP diet)

  • Eating disorders & mental health nutrition (specialist training through the InsideOut Institute)

  • Women’s health

  • Paediatric nutrition

Simon has worked across a wide range of settings, from aged care and supported residential services to delivering nutrition education and cooking classes for young people. His approach is practical, culturally inclusive, and person-centred.

As an Italo-Australian, Simon speaks both Italian and Sicilian, allowing him to provide personalised care to culturally diverse communities.

At NutriBlooms, Simon is passionate about helping people see food not just as fuel, but as joy, connection, and culture—empowering clients to achieve their goals, manage health conditions, and build a healthier relationship with food.
