Contractor Positions Available

Contractor positions are available for Full-Time or
Part-Time VR and Non-VR GPs
in a busy Fully Bulk Billing medical centre, with morning,
afternoon, evening, and weekend hours available.

North End Medical offers:

Receptionist

Receptionist expressions of interest may be emailed to

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a medical reception role, with prior
    experience using Medical Director Pracsoft or other clinical software
    (training can be provided for candidates with experience in Best Practice
    or similar systems).
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare billing processes and private billing for
    non-Medicare services.
  • Experience with institutional billing is preferred; training can be
    provided if required.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
  • Experience using HotDoc is preferred.

Availability Requirements

We require flexible availability. You will need to be available to work during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 11:00pm
  • Weekends: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Flexibility to cover additional shifts for staff absences (sick leave, annual leave, etc.)

Nurses

The nursing role includes several duties which include (but are not limited to):

  • Wound Care
  • Immunisations
  • Care plans
  • Iron Infusions
  • Minor Procedures
  • Experience in Medical Director Pracsoft/Clinical software preferred (although we are willing and able to supply training for those who have used Best Practice, or other software packages)
  • Preferred knowledge of HotDoc

We require flexible availability. You will need to be available to work between these hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9am till 11pm
  • Weekends from 9am till 6pm.
  • Flexible to available to cover shifts for staff (sick leave, holidays etc.)
