Medical and nursing practitioners at the clinic provide a full range of Telehealth (phone) consultations in line with current Medicare requirements. To be eligible for a Medicare-funded Telehealth consultation, you must have had a face-to-face appointment at our clinic within the past 12 months.
Telehealth appointments can be booked by calling our reception team on 9408 8800. All Telehealth consultations are delivered in accordance with government guidelines, and your doctor will assess whether an in-person consultation is required.
Bulk Billing
All Medicare-eligible Telehealth GP consultations are fully bulk billed. This means there are no out-of-pocket costs for patients with a valid Medicare card when the consultation meets Medicare eligibility requirements.
Important Information

If you have not had a face-to-face consultation in the past 12 months, the Telehealth consultation is not Medicare-eligible and a private fee of $80 will apply.
